Issuance of Title Deeds
To provide title deeds to residents of informal or unregulated settlements, long-standing tenants in local authority housing, and occupants in rural growth points.

Infrastructure Development
Develop necessary infrastructure, including tarred roads, water supply and sewerage systems, to enhance living conditions.

Financial Facilitation
Coordinate the floating of infrastructure bonds to raise funds for service provision and housing upgrades.
